Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
You can view your order status any time at your account page. Tracking information will be added once your package ships.

Adult Signature Requirement

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) and valid ID upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at the door or released without proper verification.
If you are not available to sign for your package:
- The carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery
- You may be able to pick up the package at the carrier's local facility
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
